Member Use of Synanim
Membership allows use of Synanim and administrative privileges to set up Synanim projects. Large projects with over 5,000 users online at once should be discussed in advance with Faith Voices staff.

Use Synanim collaborative technology to identify and then educate on shared religious values

• Creation of public educational materials that gain visibility and credibility as representing a large consensus on application of religious values to public issues.
• Online discussion among an organization’s members to crystallize and articulate shared values for greater awareness and understanding on what is held in common.
• Development of institutional mission statement, strategic plan, or fund-raising approach that reconciles different values and thereby creates greater organizational cohesiveness and greater respect and appreciation among constituents for a common vision that is broadly based.
• Collaborative introduction for multi-author book that reconciles different perspectives and educates the readership on the shared values of the authors.
• Group dialogue or paper for class project that employs an educational process of online exchange of initial writings, discovery of the ideas that are most widely held in common, and creation of a final written product that coherently sets forth the shared values and their application.
