Peace Not Poverty, March 30 - April 2, 2005
[Peace Not Poverty] has awakened me from a sad sleep, at last. I seem to have shut down after the Nov. election... I felt lost in despair.... Re-reading Martin Luther King's address was a kiss of spring and rebirth. This experience was like an electric jolt -- working with others, exciting, demanding, and uplifting. We must continue to do this awesome thing we have started. It may just save this country, our own souls, and the world.

I loved it! I found this to be a very engaging two hour experience.... What I particularly appreciated was the emphasis on finding the selection among my team that best represented the thinking of all of us--NOT the one I "liked best." To me, this is the moral of the story: it is about cooperation and working creatively with the best that we all have to offer. Thank you for doing this. I look forward to more!
Rev. Judy
I finally feel like I actually can make myself heard and can express my views, ideas with other people. What a great idea.
Thank you, "mtwhitney240"
I am amazed by the entire "write-in" process and the dedication of the groups who worked together and sponsored this massive anti-war movement. A few weeks ago I marched with United for Peace and Justice, and since then I have really come to believe there is enough spirit and hope in the antiwar community to bring an end to this immoral and unjust occupation of the foreign land of Iraq...

This technology, truly, has the potential to change the world for the good, and to change politics, also for the good.... If we love each other (the heart of the Beloved Community), we work toward consensus. Thank you for the opportunity to be part of this astonishing event!
Blessings to the organizers, Lea Pierce
What a nice community, the comments and kindness of the people, their insights and their Love, was awesome!

Lift Every Voice!, Sept. 13 - 14, 2004
I was so impressed with the process yesterday (Lift Every Voice.) I'm a staff member of the Unitarian Universalist Association in the Pacific Northwest District. And I'm a writer. My mind reels with all the ways I could use this technology. Thanks so much for putting your brilliance out there in the world!

Participation in creating "A Declaration on Christianity and the Future of America" was one my later life's most satisfying exercises.
Thank you, Louise G. Smith
